Fancy yourself a wee treat? Here at MacKay’s on the Mile, we serve Afternoon Tea via booking, every day from 12:00pm til 4:00pm.
Classic sandwich fillings such as carved honey roast ham and wholegrain mustard, smoked salmon and cream cheese, and coronation chicken are included in the serving, having been proven to be timeless fan favourites. Following this, you can try our homemade scones, served with clotted cream and jam – yum!
And of course, we cannot leave out our delicious bitesize servings of cakes and treats such as chocolate delice, carrot cake and French macarons, to complete your afternoon tea experience.
Along with this, we give you the option of what to drink to compliment these delightful nibbles. You can go with the classic go-to – a pot of English Breakfast tea, served with whatever accompaniments you would like (milk and sugar?) – or you can opt to treat yourself and your company to a bottle of fizz to complete your classy afternoon!
